Why proximity matters

On-site presence from day one

Industrial automation, OT/IT integration, and process improvement require physical presence to capture undocumented process steps, assess equipment conditions, and build trust with plant floor operators. Remote discovery produces incomplete backlogs and underestimates integration complexity.

On-site engagement included

On-site discovery, workshops, and hypercare visits are included in engagement fees for clients in our primary North Texas service area. Travel requirements for engagements outside this area are confirmed during scoping.

Local subcontractor network

We maintain a vetted network of local system integrators, OT specialists, and change management practitioners who extend our capacity without adding coordination overhead.

Time zone alignment

All delivery team members operate in Central Time. Escalation paths, daily standups, and client communications do not require asynchronous workarounds.

Schedule an on-site meeting

Most initial consultations for clients within our primary service radius are conducted on-site at your facility at no charge.
