Automation Street

No-cost engagement

Free automation assessment

Qualified mid-market and enterprise teams receive a structured 2-week discovery engagement at no charge. Leave with a ranked backlog, validated metrics, and a business case your CFO can audit.

What is included

A structured discovery, not a sales call

The assessment is an abbreviated version of our Explorer engagement. Our practitioners spend two weeks on-site (within our North Texas service area) or via structured video sessions conducting stakeholder interviews, process walkthroughs, and data analysis.

The output is a documented deliverable package you own regardless of whether you proceed to a paid engagement. We make our methodology and findings transparent because we believe earned trust produces better long-term client relationships than lock-in.

Assessment capacity is limited. We accept a small number of qualified organisations each quarter to ensure our senior practitioners lead every session.

What you receive

Six concrete deliverables

Every assessment produces the same structured package. You own all documents immediately on delivery and may engage any implementation partner you choose.

01

Prioritised automation backlog

A ranked list of 8 to 15 candidate processes scored by automation feasibility, business value, implementation risk, and payback period. Scored using a quantitative model, not subjective opinion.

02

Validated baseline metrics

Current-state cycle times, error rates, and labour hours for the top three to five processes, agreed with your process owners and finance business partner before we leave.

03

ROI model template

A pre-populated financial model your finance team can audit. Conservative, base, and optimistic scenarios. Assumptions are documented and sourced to your own data.

04

Architecture options summary

Two to three technology options for your priority use case with a recommendation aligned to your existing stack, security posture, and compliance requirements.

05

90-day programme roadmap

A draft Pilot scope, milestones, and resourcing model you can take to your board or IT steering committee immediately after the assessment closes.

06

Executive readout deck

A board-ready presentation summarising findings, recommended investments, risk factors, and expected business outcomes. Formatted for C-suite and audit committee consumption.

Qualification criteria

Who qualifies

We accept a limited number of assessments each quarter to maintain quality. To qualify, your organisation should meet the following criteria. If you are unsure, apply and we will confirm eligibility within two business days.

  • Mid-market or enterprise organisation with 250 or more employees
  • At least one process-intensive function: finance, operations, HR, supply chain, or customer service
  • A named business sponsor with budget authority for a potential Pilot engagement
  • Availability of process owners for two to three stakeholder sessions during the assessment period
  • Genuine intent to evaluate automation investment within the next 12 months

Not sure if you qualify?

Apply anyway. If your organisation does not meet the criteria for a complimentary assessment, we will let you know within two business days and may suggest an alternative entry point such as a 90-minute discovery call.
