We are a North Texas-based firm. Most client work is in the DFW Metroplex and surrounding region. On-site presence is part of the job, and we consider it an advantage, not a burden.

Current openings

Senior Automation Developer (UiPath / Power Platform): We are looking for a developer with at least three years of production RPA development experience. Strong preference for candidates with UiPath developer certification or equivalent Power Automate experience. SAP or ServiceNow integration experience is a plus. This role works directly on client engagements from day one, not in an internal bench role.

Industrial IoT Solutions Architect: We are looking for an architect with experience connecting plant-floor equipment, historians, and MES systems to cloud analytics and automation platforms. Strong knowledge of OPC-UA, MQTT, Azure IoT Hub or AWS IoT Core, and SCADA/DCS integration required. Experience in manufacturing, energy, or utilities preferred.

Healthcare Automation Consultant: We are seeking a consultant with experience implementing automation in healthcare revenue cycle, clinical operations, or payer environments. HIPAA knowledge and prior work with Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems strongly preferred. RPA or AI implementation experience required.

AI and MLOps Engineer: We are looking for an engineer with experience deploying and monitoring machine learning models in production enterprise environments. Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI experience required. Experience with model drift monitoring, explainability frameworks, and CI/CD for ML pipelines preferred.

Change Management Lead: We are seeking a change management practitioner with experience guiding manufacturing or healthcare organisations through technology-driven process change. Ability to run stakeholder analysis, training programmes, and adoption measurement is required.
